Policy Patrol is a comprehensive email filtering tool that offers anti-spam, virus scanning, keyword filtering, attachment checking, compression, reporting, archiving, disclaimers & signatures and many unique email management features. The product is easy to install and configure, and its powerful rules wizard allows you to create customized user-based rules by specifying conditions, exceptions and actions. Policy Patrol includes 20 sample rules that can get your email system fully protected within minutes after installation.

Policy Patrol works with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2000/5.5, Lotus Domino and any other SMTP mail server. If installed on Exchange 2003/2000, Policy Patrol can filter internal as well as external emails. The product is available in two versions: Pricing for Policy Patrol Disclaimers (disclaimer features) starts at $119 for 10 users and Policy Patrol Enterprise (all features including Kaspersky Anti-Virus) starts at $395 for 10 users. Policy Patrol customers include Nissan, Targus, Canadian Pacific Railway, USA.net, Lotto, Fujitsu Services (Central Government customer) and Daewoo.
